MAJOR DEVELOPMENT

10/25/0795: Unit 10 Iron Business Park, Blackburn. Full Planning Application for Proposed flexible use of existing warehouse (class B8) as an indoor sport and wellness facility with ancillary indoor café (class E(d)). Applicant: BBN Leisure Limited.

MAJOR DEVELOPMENT NOT IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE DEVELOPMENT PLAN

10/24/0967: Site of demolished Roe Lee Mill No. 1, Whalley New Road, Blackburn. Amended details for Full Planning Application for New industrial development comprising of 26no new industrial units (E(g), B2 and B8 Use) with new off-road parking, bin store areas, secure motorcycle and cycle areas, landscaping and reuse of existing vehicular access and egress and new pedestrian access. Applicant: Mr Yasran Yaseen.

DEVELOPMENT AFFECTING A PUBLIC RIGHT OF WAY

10/25/0821: Land at Horrobin Farm, Horrobin Lane, Turton, Bolton. Full Planning Application Erection of a single storey, self-build, high sustainability dwelling (designed to achieve Passivhaus standard with integral garage, including associated landmodelling/reconfiguration), garden curtilage, parking, stable block (in an alternative location to that already approved), an outdoor equestrian ménage, and hard and soft landscaping (including a community orchard and woodland planting), to be accessed via Horrobin Lane.

10/25/0779: 33 Mincing Lane, Blackburn. Full Planning Application (Retrospective) for Change of use of vacant 1st & second floor to a self-contained apartment with alterations to front elevation, installation of new shop front with security shutters and erection of a single storey rear extension (Retrospective).

DEVELOPMENT AFFECTING A LISTED BUILDING IN A CONSERVATION AREA

10/25/0815: Chapel House Farm, High Street, Chapeltown, Bolton. Listed Building Application for Proposed replacement window frames.

DEVELOPMENT AFFECTING THE SETTING OF A LISTED BUILDING IN A CONSERVATION AREA

10/25/0557: Meadowcroft Barns, Land to rear of 114 High Street, Turton. Variation of Condition no 1 “approved drawings” pursuant to planning application 10/22/0911 “Erection of 3 new dwellings, change of use and single storey extension to existing outbuilding to form dwelling and associated external works including new road, parking and landscaping (part retrospective)” – amendments to: Plot 1 to allow for the construction of single storey extension, Plot 2 to reduce height of dwelling and Plot 3 to allow for a rear dormer, omit rear balcony and include area in master bedroom.
