PRE-APPLICATION PUBLIC CONSULTATION

Proposed erection of 3no. Class B4 Storage or Distribution units with associated parking, landscaping, site and access works.

Lands at Houston Business Park, 50m to the south of 610-626 Doagh Road, Newtownabbey.




=​Public Event


We are conducting a Pre-Application Community Consultation for the above proposal. A public information drop-in event will be held at

Corrs Corner Hotel, Newtownabbey BT36 4TQ on Wednesday 10th September 2025 3:00pm – 7:00pm.

At the event, display boards on the proposals will be available for viewing and comment cards provided for feedback. Members of the consultation team will attend the event to answer any questions attendees may have.

The website will be available to access from Wednesday 10th September 2025 until 5pm Wednesday 8th October 2025.

This notice does not relate to a planning application. Comments should not be made to Antrim and Newtownabbey Borough Council. Any comments made to the prospective applicant are not representations to the planning authority. If a planning application is subsequently submitted to Antrim and Newtownabbey Borough Council, normal neighbourhood notification and publicity will be undertaken by the Council and you will have the opportunity to make formal representations regarding the proposal at that time.
