Proposal: Replacement and reposition of shopfront (ground and first floor level) with new full height curtain walling system shopfront and new bi-parting entrance doors to ground floor

Location: Fitzwalters Farm Roman Road Shenfield Essex CM15 8SG
Proposal: Proposed Solar Farm and battery energy storage system to include ground-mounted photovoltaic (PV) solar modules and associated infrastructure (access roads, cabling, invertor platforms, control room, substation, storage containers, battery compound, security fencing and CCTV), and temporary construction compound
Reason: Major Dev does not accord with Dev Plan Affects the setting of a Listed Building Adjacent to a Public Footpath
