Proposal (a) is within a Conservation Area designated under Section 69 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
Proposal (b) is a Listed Building scheduled under Section 1 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
Proposal (b) affects the setting of a Listed Building under Section 1 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
