For Planning Permission: Application for approval of the reserved matters (appearance, landscaping, layout and scale) pursuant to application ref. A/25/098937/VARMAJ for the erection of 219 dwellings (100% affordable dwellings), with associated landscaping, public open space, internal access roads, car parking and associated infrastructure
