NOTICE OF MAKING OF PUBLIC PATH DIVERSION

AND DEFINITIVE MAP AND STATEMENT MODIFICATION ORDERS

HIGHWAYS ACT 1980, WILDLIFE AND COUNTRYSIDE ACT 1981

Adderbury Footpath No. 26 (part),

Public Path Diversion and Definitive Map and Statement Modification Order 2025

The Order made on 11 August 2025, if confirmed as made, will modify the Definitive Map and Statement for the area by diverting, as shown on the Order map: -

Adderbury FP26 running from OS Grid Ref SP 4660 3470 south for 665m via SP 4660 3430 and SP 4660 3416 to SP 4660 3404 and east-north-east for 110m to SP 4672 3407

to a new line running from OS Grid Ref SP 4660 3470 south-south-east for 307m to SP 4666 3440, south-west for 198m via SP 4660 3430 to SP 4656 3423, south-south-east for 87m to SP 4659 3416 and southeast for 151m to SP 4672 3407, as shown on the Order map.

Banbury Footpath No. 24 (part),

Public Path Diversion and Definitive Map and Statement Modification Order 2025

The Order made on 11 August 2025, if confirmed as made, will modify the Definitive Map and Statement for the area by diverting: -

Banbury FP24 running from Bretch Hill at OS Grid Ref SP 4396 4025 west-south-west for 67m to SP 4391 4019

to a new line running from Bretch Hill at OS Grid Ref SP 4393 4023 west-south-west for 56m to SP 4390 4020 and south-west for 12m to SP 4391 4019, as shown on the Order map.

Sunningwell Footpath No. 11 (part),

Public Path Diversion and Definitive Map and Statement Modification Order 2025

The Order made on 11 August 2025, if confirmed as made, will modify the Definitive Map and Statement for the area by diverting: -

Sunningwell FP11 running from Sunningwell Road at OS Grid Ref SP 4949 0050 south-eastwards for 45m to SP 4951 0046

to a new line running from Sunningwell Road at OS Grid Ref SP 4952 0052 south-south-eastwards for 9m to SP 4952 0051 and south-westwards for 52m to SP 4951 0046, as shown on the Order map.

Any representations about or objections to any of the above Orders may be sent in writing to

Countryside Access Legal, Oxfordshire County Council, County Hall, New Road, Oxford OX1 1ND

at countrysideaccesslegal@oxfordshire.gov.uk no later than 19 September 2025. Please state the grounds on which they are made. If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, Oxfordshire County Council may confirm the Order as an unopposed Order. If the Order is sent to the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs for confirmation, any representations or objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the Order.
