2025/2377 HALVERGATE, Village Hall, Moulton Road – Proposed conversion of the existing building to create a 3-bedroom dwelling with kitchen and garage extension
Reason(s): Affects a Conservation Area, Does not accord with development plan,
2025/2247 BLICKLING, The Tower, Blickling Road – Internal Alterations: remove cupboard and form new cupboard within the living room, remove first floor partitions and form new first floor layout, replace roof terrace decking and new roof terrace balustrading
Reason(s): Listed Building and/or curtilage, Affects a Conservation Area,

. All comments must be received within 21 days of this Notice (excluding Bank Holidays) and can be sent to planning@southnorfolkandbroadland.gov.uk. Comments made will be open to public inspection and available to view on the Council’s website. They will be forwarded to the Planning Inspectorate in the case of an Appeal.
