The reasons for the advertisement are:

The Applications and plans may be inspected during normal office hours at the offices of the Council, Holt Road, Cromer, NR27 9EN.

Any representations should be submitted in writing or made online within 21 days of the date of this Notice.

If the representation is made by the householder/developer on their own permission is refused, there will be no opportunity to appeal against the decision at appeal stage if it is dealt with on the basis of representations in writing.
