REASON FOR INQUIRY
Appeal(s) by Esquire Developments, relating to the application to Tonbridge and Malling Borough Council for Outline Application: All matters reserved except for access for the erection of up to 52 residential dwellings, including affordable housing, open space and landscaping, roads, parking, drainage and earthworks. New access to be formed from Wateringbury Road at Land north-east and south of 161 Wateringbury Road, East Malling, Kent, ME19 6JE.
An Inspector appointed by the Secretary of State will hold an Inquiry opening on the date shown above to decide the appeal.
Members of the public may attend the Inquiry and, at the Inspector’s discretion, express their views.
