What is planned?
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Borough Council has received applications for Planning Permission (including under the General Regulations 1992), Listed Building Consent, potential Departure, Major Development or which may affect a Conservation Area, Public Right of Way or for works to trees in a Conservation Area or covered by a Tree Preservation Order.
Almondbury, Carters Lane, Old Woking, Woking. PLAN/2025/0664/TS: Erection of a single storey rear extension following partial demolition of existing shared rear store, demolition of existing rear conservatory and boundary gate.
Runtley Wood Farm Bungalow, Runtley Wood Lane, Sutton Green, Guildford, Surrey PLAN/2025/0665/ML: The execution of site works and the erection of a single storey extension to the existing dwelling at Runtley Wood Farm, Send, Woking, as shown on plans attached to the application and numbered D/74/669 without complying with Condition 4 (The occupation of Runtley Wood Farm Bungalow for persons employed or last employed locally in agriculture and the dependants of such persons) of planning permission 74/667 dated 29 January 1975 - to enable C3 residential use of the dwelling without occupancy restriction to persons employed or last employed locally in agriculture and the dependants of such persons.
