NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 13 OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION

Proposed development at: Ice Rink Canary Wharf, Canada Square Park, Canary Wharf, London, E14 5AB.

Take notice that application is being made by:

IRCW Ltd, Ms Lesley Ellwood.

For planning permission to: Creation of Ice Rink Canary Wharf for the 2025-2026 season. The Ice Rink is on the site of Canada Square Park, Canary Wharf, London E14 5AB. It will be open to the public from 25th October 2025 until 22nd February 2026.

Local Planning Authority to whom the application is being submitted: Tower Hamlets.

Local Planning Authority address: Town Hall, Mulberry Place, 5 Clove Crescent, London, E14 2BG.

Any owner of the land or tenant who wishes to make representations about this application, should write to the council within 21 days of the date of this notice.

Statement of owners’ rights: The grant of planning permission does not affect owners’ rights to retain or dispose of their property, unless there is some provision to the contrary in an agreement or lease.
