The following planning applications are those affecting the setting of a Listed Building, a Conservation Area, a Public Right of Way, or major applications and are available to view on our website. Views relating to the planning applications listed below should be made by 11 September 2025 quoting the reference number. All views expressed regarding a planning application will be considered and placed on a file, which is open to the public.
LUDGERSHALL PL/2025/04504 – Gable Cottage, 19a Biddesden Lane, Fencing;
MERE PL/2025/06462 – Beaumont Business Centre, Woodlands Road, Variation of conditions 7, 8, 10, 11, 15, 16, 18, & 19 of 20/07469/OUT to include the wording ‘Excluding Demolition’ in conditions;
SALISBURY PL/2025/05712 & PL/2025/06681 – Salisbury Cycling Club, Salt Lane, Change of use to a supermarket with café, nail salon, & massage parlour, with external alterations;
