Knowle Road, Stopping Up Of Highway To Enable Permitted Development

The Secretary of State gives notice of an Order made under Section 247 of the above Act entitled “The Stopping up of Highways (South East) (No.30) Order 2025” authorising the stopping up of four lengths of Knowle Road at Fareham, in the Borough of Fareham. This is to enable development as permitted by Fareham Borough Council, under references P/17/0266/OA, P/23/1028/RM, P/24/1021/RM and P/23/1075/RM.
Copies of the Order may be obtained, free of charge, from the Secretary of State, National Transport Casework Team, Tyneside House, Skinnerburn Road, Newcastle Business Park, Newcastle upon Tyne NE4 7AR or nationalcasework@dft.gov.uk (quoting NATTRAN/SE/S247/5670). They may also be inspected during normal opening hours at Fareham Borough Council, Civic Offices, Civic Way, Fareham, Hampshire, PO16 7AZ.
Any person who wishes to challenge the validity of the decision to make the Order may apply to the High Court within six weeks from 21 August 2025.
