Notice is hereby given that applications have been received by the City and County of Swansea as Local Planning Authority for planning permission for the following developments:
A. DEVELOPMENTS WHICH DO NOT ACCORD WITH THE PROVISIONS OF THE DEVELOPMENT PLAN IN FORCE IN THE AREA IN WHICH THE LAND TO WHICH THE APPLICATIONS RELATE ARE SITUATED:

Hillside Cae Mansel Road Three Crosses Swansea SA4 3HN Change of use of land to form extended garden area, single storey side extension, first floor rear extension, new vehicular access and gate (Amended plans and description) (Ref: 2025/0656/FUL)
B. DEVELOPMENTS WHICH, IN THE OPINION OF THE CITY AND COUNTY OF SWANSEA, MAY HAVE A SUBSTANTIAL IMPACT ON THE AMENITY OF THE AREA IN WHICH THEY ARE SITUATED:

1 Oxford Street Swansea SA1 3AE Conversion, refurbishment and extension of existing building to create a modern re-purposed building comprising 29 no. residential apartments, reconfigured McDonalds unit to occupy ground floor and basement level (currently ground floor and first floor), retained Taco Bell unit, new commercial unit on ground floor and associated works (Ref: 2025/1791/FUL)
C. DEVELOPMENTS WHICH AFFECT A PUBLIC RIGHT OF WAY:

Morriston Hospital Heol Maes Eglwys Cwmrhydyceirw Swansea SA6 6NL Hybrid planning application seeking full planning permission for the construction and operation of a 1.6km single carriageway access road from the B4489 Felindre roundabout junction at junction 46 of the M4 motorway to land identified for the expansion of Morriston hospital; and Outline planning permission for masterplan proposals to refurbish, upgrade, and expand Morriston hospital, including new hospital units and buildings with new helipad and associated infrastructure with all matters reserved (Ref: 2025/1562/FUL) Members of the public can view all documents online at http://property.swansea.gov.uk Should you wish to make any observations on these proposals, they can be made online at https://property.swansea.gov.uk no later than 21 days beginning with the date of publication of this Notice.
