TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990 

PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT 

a) Variation of Condition 9 (approved plans) of planning permission 04/09277/STPLF and 25/40062/NONMAT (Change of use and alterations to redundant agricultural buildings to form holiday and business user letting accommodation) to allow design changes at High Farm Main Road Routh HU17 9SL (Ref: 25/02199/VAR) 

b) Variation of Condition 22 (approved plans) of planning permission 24/00898/VAR (Variation of Condition 22 (approved plans - parking layout and external material change only) of planning permission 21/02391/PLF (Erection of 30 dwellings with associated parking, works and infrastructure following demolition of former St. Nicholas Junior School) to allow for amendments to plot and car parking layouts, changes to the design and materials of some plots, and alterations to approved boundary treatment at Former Beverley St Nicholas Primary School Juniors St Nicholas Road Beverley HU17 0QP (Ref: 25/02077/VAR) 

c) Construction of a vehicular access and driveway and erection of estate fencing at Bellfield Arnold Lane East Long Riston HU11 5HY (Ref: 25/02099/PLF) 

d) Erection of single storey extension to rear following demolition of existing detached garage, hip to gable roof extension, dormer window to rear, and rooflights to front and rear at 35 Elms Drive Kirk Ella HU10 7QH (Ref: 25/02261/PLF) 

e) Erection of 2.5m high fence to western boundary of paddock (retrospective) at Bellfield Arnold Lane East Long Riston HU11 5HY (Ref: 25/02100/PLF) 

f) Erection of a single storey extension to side, bay window to front, veranda to side and associated alterations, erection of single storey extension to side of existing garage, and creation of a covered area between existing dwelling and garage at 14 Woldgate North Newbald YO43 4TA (Ref: 25/02181/PLF) 

g) Demolition of a small prefabricated Anderson air raid shelter in rear garden at 33 Souttergate Hedon HU12 8JR (Ref: 25/02163/PLB) Proposals (c,e,f,g ) is/are each within a Conservation Area designated under Section 69 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990. Proposal (g) is Listed Buildings scheduled under Section 1 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990. 

Proposals (d,f) affect the setting of a Conservation Area designated under Section 69 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990. 

Proposals (d,g) affect the setting of a Listed Building under Section 1 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990. Proposal (b) affects a public right of way.
