What is planned?
Public Notice inviting representations on the Halton Borough Council Call for Sites Exercise
The Town and Country Planning (Local Planning) (England) Regulations 2012
Notice is hereby given that Halton Borough Council is conducting a Call for Sites Exercise and is inviting representations pursuant to Regulation 18 of the Town and Country Planning (Local Planning) (England) Regulations 2012.
a) Title of Exercise Halton Borough Council ‘Call for Sites’
b) Subject Matter of, and the area covered by, the Call for Sites Exercise:
This exercise will support the review of the Delivery and Allocations Local Plan (DALP) which was adopted in March 2022. A Call for Sites is a period of time where landowners, developers and site promoters are invited to submit to the Council land which they want to develop. It is part of the routine maintenance of the Local Plan and does not constitute a new Local Plan. It helps the Council understand any potentially available sites for future development.
