SCHEDULE
PART 1
Description of existing footpath 338/4/10
The existing footpath commences at grid reference SU 431917 193474 at a way-marked finger post on Church Street (Point A) and passes through a five-bar pedestrian gate adjacent to the sign “Home Farm Office, Staddletones”. It continues in a broadly SSW direction through the parking area in front of the property before joining a concrete access track to the farm buildings, passing to the south of Staddletones. After approximately 60m, the footpath turns SW (Point B), continuing along the farm track to the NW of a large open-sided agricultural building for a further c.17 metre (Point C). It then turns SE for a further c.40 metre on hardstanding surrounding, passing to the south of the above-mentioned agricultural building. After passing the agricultural building, the footpath turns SSW (at Point D) and continues for approximately 38m along another agricultural track until the diversion ends (Point E) at grid reference SU 431884 193341.
PART 2
Alternative Route for Footpath 338/4/10
The starting point of the footpath is to the southeast of Point A (Point X) and follows the existing concrete access track and continues in a broadly SSW direction, passing to the south of Staddletones and rejoining the existing footpath at Point B for approximately 17 metres. Rather than turning SE at Point C the footpath continues SW for approximately 40 metres to Point Y. It turns SE for approximately 45 metres to the point where the diversion ends (Point E) at grid reference SU 431884 193341 and where connection to footpath 338/6/10 can be gained.
The length in metres of the section to be diverted is approximately 155m and the footpath will have a width of 3.0 m.
