I give notice that application is being made by C Fitzsimmons to the London Borough of Bexley Council for planning permission for -
Part one/part two storey rear extension and conversion of detached garage.

Due to the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1995, the Council will be legally obliged to make any response to this notice available for public inspection.
PLEASE NOTE - As this application relates to a proposal on a domestic dwelling, if the application is refused and the applicant appeals against that decision under the Householder Appeal Service, then only those observations you make on this application will be passed to the Planning Inspectorate, there will be no opportunity to make further representations.
