NOTICE OF PLANNING APPLICATION FOR DEVELOPMENT WHICH AFFECTS A PUBLIC RIGHT OF WAY

APPLICATION NO: 2025/1562/FUL
SITE LOCATION: Morriston Hospital Heol Maes Eglwys Cwmrhydyceirw Swansea SA6 6NL
PROPOSAL: Hybrid planning application seeking full planning permission for the  construction and operation of a 1.6km single carriageway access road from  the B4489 Felindre roundabout junction at junction 46 of the M4 motorway to  land identified for the expansion of Morriston hospital; and Outline planning  permission for masterplan proposals to refurbish, upgrade, and expand  Morriston hospital, including new hospital units and buildings with new  helipad and associated infrastructure with all matters reserved.
APPLICANT: Swansea Bay University Health Board

I have received an application for planning permission for the above development. 
The application, plans, supporting documents and environmental statement can be viewed  online at http://property.swansea.gov.uk or electronically at Contact Swansea in the Civic Centre,  Oystermouth Road, Swansea during normal office hours.

Should you wish to make any observations on this proposal, these can be made online at  https://property.swansea.gov.uk. Alternatively written views may be sent to the address below. 
Any comments should be received in this office within 30 days from the date of this letter. I cannot  guarantee that observations received outside of this period will be taken into account. Please note that upon receipt, any email/online comment or written observations will NOT be available  to view online. If your comment is submitted online, you will receive an acknowledgement, however via  any other method you will not.

Under the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985, your comments, including your name and  address, are open to inspection by the public upon request.
