What is planned?

Planning and Listed Building Consent applications received by Norwich City Council:

25/00674/F & 25/00675/L – The Dog House, 18 St Georges Street. Internal works including removal of wall plaster to expose brickwork, replacement of bar top and addition of pendant lights above, relocation of bar to first floor, removal of modern drop ceiling, installation of raised stage area and creation of cupboard for audio equipment. External works including seating booths and paving/decking in rear garden. Alterations to fence. Installation of festoon lighting.

25/00782/F – Epic, 110–116 Magdalen Street. New external fire escape staircase and external doorway.

25/00853/L – 41 Bracondale. Replacement of existing rear aluminium sliding patio doors with bespoke timber-framed double French doors. Doors re-painted off-white heritage colour with glazed sidelights and a fanlight. Rear elevation and rear extension rendered and painted to match finish and colour of adjacent properties.

25/00889/L – Castle Chambers, Opie Street. Alterations to entrance door.

25/00891/L – 27–29 Gentlemans Walk. Installation of 3no. non illuminated fascia signs, and 1no. non illuminated projection sign panel.
