25/01589/FU4 - Proposed development at; 5 Infiniti Drive Hillthorn Business Park Washington NE37 3HG.
I give notice that Nissan Motor Manufacturing (UK) Ltd is applying to the Local Planning Authority for planning permission for: Change of use from Class B2/B8 to an education and training facility (Class F1) and external alterations including the installation of plant, new security fencing and gate and removal of one car parking space. And that the application is accompanied by an Environmental Compliance Statement.
The proposed development to which the application relates is situated within 10 metres of relevant railway land and does not accord with the provisions of the Development Plan.
The above application relates to development on land or buildings owned by the Sunderland City Council.
