Notice is hereby given that the following applications have been received: 

Application No. 17/25/00005: Land To The North Of, Helliers Lane, Cheddar, BS27. Application for modification of Planning Obligation (Section 106 Agreement) dated 03/05/2019 relating to Planning Permission 17/15/00096 to amend the Section 106 Agreement Planning Obligation - Schedule 4: Covenants in respect of the associated groundworks & drainage of the adjacent sports pavillion at Sharpham Road playing field. 
This proposal is a major development. 
Application No. 49/25/00012: Land to the East of Nottinghill Way, & to the North of, Mill Lane, Stone Allerton, Axbridge, BS26. Erection of 2No. dwellings & demolition of 2No. existing barns. This development may affect the setting of a public right of way. 

Application No. 43/25/00014: 5 Main Road, Shapwick, Bridgwater, TA7 9LP. Erection of garage & workshop This site lies within a Conservation Area. (Householder application). 
Application No. 49/25/00016: Field to the north of Badgworth Court, Badgworth Lane, Badgworth, Axbridge, BS26. Retrospective application for the installation of an agricultural track This development may affect a public right of way. 
Application No. 17/25/00037: Land To The West Of, Draycott Road, Cheddar, Outline application with all matters reserved, for the erection of up to 70 dwellings, public open space, drainage & ancillary works. This proposal is a major development.
Application No. 50/25/00061: New House Farm, Cheddar Road, Cocklake, Wedmore, BS28 4HS. 
Proposed conversion of & extension to existing barn to create games room & garage. This development may affect the setting of a public right of way. (Householder application). 
Application No. 50/25/00069: Mudgley Farm, Mudgley Top Road, Mudgley, Wedmore, BS28 4TX. single storey extension to the south elevation of existing barn This development may affect the setting of a public right of way. (Householder application). 

For applications identified as householder, if an appeal against a refusal of planning permission is submitted, there will be no further opportunity to comment at the appeal stage. 
Comments welcome by 11/09/2025. Applications can be viewed online https://sdc.somerset.gov.uk/planning_online, or at Council Offices & libraries. Any comments must be submitted in writing either online, by email PlanningCommentsNorth@Somerset.gov.uk or posted to Planning - North Team, Somerset Council, Bridgwater House, King Square, Bridgwater, TA6 3AR (quote the application no).
