I GIVE NOTICE THAT the following application is being made to the Council of the Borough of North Tyneside:

Queen Alexandra College Hawkeys Lane North Shields – APPLICATION NO: 25/00863/FUL 6HB LTD is applying for Listed Building Consent for Conversion of Grade II Listed Building into 34 apartments with associated car parking. Demolition of single storey modern link corridor to former college.
The property is a listed building.

Hutchinson Telecommunications Mast NE0028 Park View House Front Street – APPLICATION NO: 25/00896/FUL

I GIVE NOTICE THAT that Cellnex UK Ltd is/are applying to the Borough Council of North Tyneside for planning permission for: Proposed additions to existing base station installation at rooftop.

It is considered that the development proposed may affect the character or appearance of a Conservation Area.

The submitted plans and associated documents are available to view on the Council’s Planning web site at www.northtyneside.gov.uk,

If you wish to make representations about the application, you should do so within 21 days (excluding bank holidays) of the publication of this notice online or by post to the Planning Service at the address shown at the end of this notice.
