What is planned?

Town & County Planning Act 1990 - PUBLIC INQUIRY 

At: Sevenoaks District Council, Argyle Road, Sevenoaks TN13 1HG Starting on 9 September at 10am 2025 and expected to last four days 

REASON FOR INQUIRY 

Appeal(s) by Mr and Mrs A Petry against the enforcement notice(s) served by Sevenoaks District Council.
The notice(s) allege(s): The removal of the roof and the construction of a new roof including structural steels within the roof without the grant of planning permission at The Garden House Dryhill Lane Sundridge SEVENOAKS TN14 6AA. 

An Inspector appointed by the Secretary of State under paragraph 1(1) of Schedule 6 to the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 will attend at the place, date and time shown above to decide the appeal(s).
