2025/0078/ADV Advertisement Consent - New wooden sign that will replace the current sign for The Inclusive Learning Academy, which is damaged and contains outdated contact details at 28 Stanley Street, Ormskirk. Application affects a Conservation Area.
2025/0643/FUL Proposed rear and side extension following demolition of existing conservatory, loft conversion with front and rear dormers as well as erection of front driveway gates at 6 Smithy Lane, Scarisbrick. The application affects a Conservation Area.
2025/0648/FUL Proposed single-storey extension and two-storey porch extension. Raise ridge of first floor side extension subsequent to permission 2013/1186/FUL. Solar panels to main roof at Bradshaws Farm, Long Heys Lane, Dalton.
The proposed development affects a right of way to which Part III of the Wildlife and Countryside Acts 1981 applies.
2025/0689/LBC Listed Building Consent - Retention of installed bridge strike safety signage, with a current requirement to repair/ re-install at Railway Bridge, Derby Street, Ormskirk.The application affects a Listed Building.
