Proposed erection of a supported living residential development (Class C3(b)) comprising 19 apartments and ancillary accommodation in a three storey building, including repairs to the boundary perimeter wall, installation of other retaining features, hard and soft landscaping, drainage, access, parking and associated infrastructure at Land At Castle Road Runcorn Cheshire
