Notice under Article 13
Proposed development at: 7 Elmtree Drive, Bristol, BS13 8LY I give notice that Mr Lewis Thomas is applying to Bristol City Council for planning permission to: Demolition and replacement of the existing single-storey rear extension. New two-storey side and rear extension.
Landscaping to including patio.
Demolition of the existing detached garage. Erection of new replacement garage, including a home office.
Any owner of the land who wishes to make representations about this application should write to:- Development Management, City Hall, Bristol City Council, PO Box 3399, Bristol BS1 9NE within 20 days beginning with the date of publication of this notice.
NB "Owner" also includes a person with a leasehold interest, the unexpired term of which is at least 7 years
