For planning permission to: Proposed change of use to class B8 (Storage and distribution) including erection of storage unit with associated car parking, boundary treatment and cycle storage.
Local Planning Authority to whom the application is being submitted: Rochdale Council, Number One Riverside, Smith Street, Rochdale, OL16 1XU
Any owner of the land or tenant who wishes to make representations about this application, should write to the council within 21 days of the date of this notice.
