What is planned?
THE TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE) (ENGLAND) ORDER 2015
The following applications have been submitted for consideration by the Council:
25/1410/FH - 62-68 SANDGATE HIGH STREET, SANDGATE, FOLKESTONE, CT20 3AR - Demolition of car sales garage and erection of 8 x 2 bed flats, parking and access.
25/1450/FH - THE DUKES HEAD, 9 DYMCHURCH ROAD, HYTHE, CT21 6JB - Listed Building Consent for alterations to the barn’s external fabric, particularly on the north and west elevations, refurbish existing wall vents with the addition of others (part retrospective).
25/1462/FH - FLAT 1, 48 EARLS AVENUE, FOLKESTONE, CT20 2HD - Replacement of windows to front bay window, 4 side windows, 1 rear window and door.
25/1494/FH - QUEENS HOUSE, GUILDHALL STREET, FOLKESTONE, CT20 1DX - Retrospective Advertisement consent for internally illuminated vertical sign & circular fascia picture sign.
25/1502/FH - DUNGENESS A POWER STATION, DUNGENESS ROAD, LYDD, ROMNEY MARSH, TN29 9PP - Proposed demolition of boiler house complexes and external alterations to reactor buildings.
25/1565/FH - Nickolls Quarry, Dymchurch Road, HYTHE, CT21 4NE - Application for the approval of Reserved Matters (Access, Appearance, Layout, Scale, and Landscaping) for the construction of the Western Spine Road (WSR) pursuant to Conditions 1, 7, 8, 9, 10, 16, 17, 21, 26, and 37 of Outline Planning Permission Y19/1492/FH for a development comprising residential, employment and/or care, local centre, community sports and leisure uses, open space, and site restoration including raising land levels.

Please note that any representations received will be publically viewable on the Council’s website.
The applications marked (*) do not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.
