What is planned?

Conservation Areas) Act 1990

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of the receipt of the following applications

1) Erection of 3 no. stable buildings, 1 no. storage building and siting of 2 no. storage containers, corral and hardstanding (retrospective application)

At Jacksons Little Hawklands  Clement Street Swanley (Application Ref. No. DA/25/00905/FUL)

which falls within the category of a Major Development under the provisions of the General Development Order.

2) Temporary use of part of the existing car park, including the siting of prefabricated buildings and canopy block, to facilitate for the collection of electric cars together with parking for courtesy and staff cars (retrospective)

At Bluewater Shopping Centre Greenhithe Kent (Application Ref. No. DA/25/00920/FUL)

which falls within the category of a Major Development under the provisions of the General Development Order.

Any person who wishes to make representations concerning the applications should do so in writing within 25 days of the publication of this notice to the Development Manager using the Public Access system on our website.

Any representations you make must be made available to the applicant or any interested party.  Representations will be available in hard copy at the Civic Centre.
