CALA Management Ltd gives notice in advance of submission notice of their intention to submit a planning application for: “Proposed residential development with associated infrastructure and landscaping” at Pomathorn Mill, Penicuik.
That we propose to hold a Community Consultation Exhibition pertaining to:
Former Pomathorn Mill, Pomathorn Road
Further information on this proposal will be available during our public exhibition being held at:
Penicuik Town Hall 33 High Street, Penicuik EH26 8HS On Thursday the 28th August between 16.00 – 20.00 Any persons wishing to make comments relating to the proposal or wishing to obtain any further information may do so by contacting:- eastplanning@cala.co.uk Important: comments made are not representations to the planning authority (Midlothian Council).
