25/P/1533/FUL – Conversion of existing loft space into a new 1-bedroom flat, with dormer and balcony to rear elevation and 3no. roof lights to front elevation. Removal of front porch posts and canopy and replace with new wrought iron effect supporting posts and zinc effect canopy.
