What is planned?

The Local Planning Authority has received the following applications for a Major Development, a Development Affecting a Listed Building, a Building in a Conservation Area, Historic Park & Garden or a Departure. These applications may be viewed online at www.guildford.gov.uk or at Millmead House during normal office hours. Representations should be made in writing within 21 days of the publication date of this notice to Director of Planning and Regeneration, Planning Services, Guildford.

25/P/01102 West Horsley Place, Epsom Road, West Horsley, Listed building consent for the repairs to roof trusses. 

25/P/01116 Flat 6, Ranmore Place, Ranmore Common, Dorking, Listed building consent for the roof and parapet repair 25/P/01128 Land at Lodge Farm, Lower Road, Effingham, Reserved matters application pursuant to outline planning permission 

21/P/01283, approved on the 15/09/2022, for the replacement Howard of Effingham School to consider the detailed design , associated playing fields, MUGA, parking and landscaping works. 

25/P/01135 The Chantry, Chestnut Avenue, Guildford, Erection of single storey rear extension, erection of single storey pitched roof office outbuilding to rear , addition of door and porch canopy to right flank wall, construction of new studio outbuilding on slab of old Wendy house together with retention of existing shed and replacement of garden shed, following demolition of existing Wendy House, garden shed, and utility room extension (part retrospective). 

25/P/01137 The Chantry, Chestnut Avenue, Guildford, Re-tile existing roof, addition of 2 gable-end dormers to rear of roof, insertion of 3 rooflights to side elevations, erection of single storey rear extension, erection of single storey pitched roof office outbuilding to rear with air -to-air heat pump, addition of door and porch canopy to right flank wall, construction of new studio outbuilding with air to air heat pump on slab of old Wendy house together with retention of existing shed and replacement of garden shed , following demolition of existing Wendy House, garden shed, and utility room extension (part retrospective application).
