NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 15

Proposed development at: Land NW Of Courtlands Cross Courtlands Lane Exmouth

I give notice that Waddeton Park Limited is applying to East Devon District Council for planning permission:-

Application Number: 25/1460/MOUT

Outline planning permission seeking approval for access from the A376 (with matters of layout, scale, appearance and landscaping reserved) for the phased development of circa 100 dwellings, with 25% affordable housing, up to 0.4ha of employment development, sports facilities and associated infrastructure on land at Courtlands Cross, Exmouth

The proposed development does not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.
