Notice Under Article 13 Of Application For Planning Permission
Proposed development at the land to the north east of Factory Hill, Tiptree.
Take notice that Crest Nicholson Eastern is applying for planning permission to vary a condition following grant of planning permission, amending condition 23 on the decision notice for the erection of 126 dwellings, garages, car parking spaces, road, footpaths and cycleways, a Dentist Surgery, a new roundabout onto Factory Hill, foul and surface water drainage, public open space including play and amenity areas, allotments and landscaping (application reference 130245, dated 17th September 2013) at the above site. The local planning authority to whom the application is being submitted to is Colchester City Council at Rowan House, 33 Sheepen Road, Colchester, Essex, CO3 3WG.
Any owner* or tenant** who wishes to make representations about this application should write to the council within 21 days of this notice.

** "tenant" means a tenant of an agricultural holding any part of which is comprised in the land.
