Assington (PROW)(CDP) - DC/25/03296 Land East Of Meadow Way, Assington. Erection of 6no. dwellings, improvements to vehicular access and associated works.
Boxford (CDP)(ALB)(CON) - DC/25/03455 38 Swan Street, Boxford CO10 5NZ. Erection of 1no self-build dwelling.
Bures St Mary (ALB)(CON) - DC/25/03192 Three Horseshoes, Church Square, Bures, St Mary CO8 5BS. Erection of 1no. self-build dwelling with associated amenity space and parking.
Holbrook (MAJ) - DC/25/03397 Stables and Premises, Red House Farm, Brick Kiln Road, Holbrook IP9 1BH. Erection of indoor arena building to facilitate use as riding school associated with existing equestrian business/livery.
Lavenham (LBC)(CON) - DC/25/03575 Graylings, 5 Prentice Street, Lavenham CO10 9RD. Replace 5no. rear first floor windows with identically framed double glazed windows.
Lawshall (LBC) - DC/25/03595 Folly Farm, Folly Lane, Lawshall IP29 4TJ. Relocate the kitchen in the utility/dining space and convert the kitchen to a lounge. Alter doors and remove a partition.
Leavenheath (ALB) - DC/25/03411 Community Shop Hare And Hounds, Harrow Street, Leavenheath CO6 4PW. Change of use from current F2(a) Community Shop to Class E to allow the building to be let for interest to prospective tenants.
Monks Eleigh (LBC) - DC/25/03546 Old Cottage The Street, Monks Eleigh IP7 7AU. To completely block up side bathroom, 1980's single glazed casement window, that is blocked up on the inside.

Stoke By Nayland (ALB)(CON) - DC/25/03552 Treetops, Scotland Street, Stoke By Nayland CO6 4QF. Erection of a single storey rear extension to infill undercroft of balcony and first floor side extension (following demolition of existing side extension and sunroom including roof terrace over); Erection of a two storey rear and side extension, erection of canopy porch, fenestration amendments, rooflight insertion, extension to basement garage and rear pergola; Construction of 12no solar panels.
