We give notice that we have received the following applications:-
DEVELOPMENT AFFECTING A LISTED BUILDING
HS/LB/25/00438 NatWest Bank, Bank Chambers, 28 Havelock Road,
Hastings. Refurbishment of the architectural metalwork to the balconies at
first floor level on the front facing elevation. Existing balustrading be
temporarily removed, repaired and decorated, 'off site,' before being
reinstated.
DEVELOPMENT WITHIN A CONSERVATION AREA
HS/FA/25/00201 Flat 2, (First Floor) 89 Marina, St Leonards-on-sea.
Retrospective works to rear of dwelling: increased landing area to top of
external metal steps which lead from bedroom, creation of full-width raised
patio with second smaller, higher terrace further to the rear, with retaining
wall in front, and associated engineering works.
HS/AA/25/00360 Barclays, 207-208 Queens Road, Hastings. Installation of
1no new external ATM (with dark blue acrylic surround panel RAL 5011 gloss
finish) to match the retained one.
HS/AA/25/00381 White Rock Theatre, White Rock, Hastings. Installation of
two digital signage screens fixed to the entrance pillars and one digital
signage screen fixed to the side elevation
HS/FA/25/00402 209-210 Queens Road, Hastings. External alterations to
shopfront.
HS/FA/25/00404 29-30 Kings Road, St Leonards-on-sea. Variation of
conditions: 2 (approved plans), 8 (waste storage), 9 (cycle storage), 11 (roof
terrace access) and removal of condition 14 (access to gate for bin storage)
of Planning Permission HS/FA/24/00382 Amendments - Removal of refuse
storage and amendments to wording of conditions that refer to bin storage.

HS/FA/25/00430 Land adjoining Hastings Contemporary, Rock-a-Nore Road,
Hastings. Proposed parking location for a mobile studio and landscaping
works to land east of the Hastings Contemporary Art Gallery
HS/FA/25/00434* 24 Laton Road, Hastings. Proposed single story side
extension forming wet room.
HS/FA/25/00454 Flat above, 47 Kings Road, St Leonards-on-sea. Removal
of existing single storey rear addition/conservatory, replaced with a single
storey flat roof rear extension with perimeter walls in same position
(Retrospective)
AMENDED PLANS APPLICATIONS
HS/FA/25/00312 Shop and Premises, 68 George Street, Hastings.
Retrospective change of use from E(a) use to wine bar/wine shop (MixedUse Class E and Sui Generis) (amended description). Proposed Amendment:
Retrospective external paint colour change - dark blue to light blue, and paint
details added. New facsia board lettering. Staff WC converted to include
customer use.

Comments about applications can be made online or sent to the Planning
Services Manager within 21 days from the date of this notice or 14 days for
amended plans. An additional day will be added for each bank/public holiday
in England that falls during the consultation period. Comments received are
public documents and will be published on the internet. Requests for
confidentiality cannot be accepted.
* Comments made on this application will be sent to the Secretary of State if
an appeal is received and dealt with under the 'written representations'
procedure. No comments can be made at the appeal stage.
