S73 Planning Application to vary condition 28 of planning permission P24/S0228/S73 (Hybrid planning application for mixed business and commercial development (B1, B2 and B8 Use Classes) comprising full details for up to 3,200m² on 1.5ha of land (Zone 1), and outline (all matters reserved save that of access) for 1.17ha of land (Zone 2)

Owner’ means a person having a freehold interest or a leasehold interest the unexpired term of which is not less than seven years.

Tenant’ means a tenant of an agricultural holding any part of which is comprised in the land.
