W/25/0987 Clarendon House, 1-2 Clarendon Square, Leamington Spa, CV32
5RB: Lawful Development Certificate to demonstrate that the change of use
of the existing flats (C3 use) have been used as student accommodation (suis
generis use) for a continuous period of 10 years or more prior to the submission

repairs to water damaged internal elements following a water leak which has
affected four floors. Including the removal and replacement of three lath and

renewal of floor coverings and replacement of a kitchen suite. Ancillary aspects to

Works to improve the performance of the existing dormer roof windows to the
front elevation of 27-33 Lansdowne Crescent, the installation of new windows to
the dormer roof. The dormer window replacements is due to the fact that there
is clear deterioration of the current timber windows that it is leaving properties
open to the elements causing damp, mould and water ingress. These windows
have completely rotted away in away in some areas and need replacement as
they are beyond repair in some instances for Warwick District Council.
