Great Yarmouth Borough Council has received the following planning applications for development in the Borough, which are hereby advertised.

• The Grange Hotel, Yarmouth Road, Ormesby St Margaret: Retrospective application for the change of use of hotel and grounds (Use Class C1) to restaurant use (Class E(b) – food and drink). Re-consultation: Amended description of development and departure from adopted policy. Application No: 06/24/0769/CU (2,6)

• The Grange Hotel, Yarmouth Road, Ormesby St Margaret: Retrospective application for: (1) Erection of 5 no. outbuildings used in association with restaurant (pagoda; servery; WCs; smoking shelter; BBQ kiosk). (2) Installation of timber cladding attached to rear elevation. Re-consultation: Amended description of development). Application No: 06/23/0634/F (2)

• The Old Art School, Nelson Road Central, Great Yarmouth; Replacement of selected windows across the block of 18 flats; Internal alterations and installation of replacement glazing, ventilation systems, and ceiling-mounted heating panels and thermal batteries for hot water. • Land Known as 4 Archer’s Road (Global House), (Northwest of 21 North River Road, Runham, Great Yarmouth: Demolition of existing warehouse; Redevelopment and construction of a 4-storey residential apartment building comprising ground floor parking and storage and 14no. residential flats above. Application No: 06/25/0543/F (4,5,7)
