The following planning application has been received which affects the setting of a Listed Building

1. Erection of two storey industrial unit (Use Class E(g)(iii)), with associated car park, service area and other associated works at land off, Bretton Street, Savile Town, Dewsbury.  Application No. 2025/91184.

The following planning application has been received which affects the setting of a Listed Building and is either within a Conservation Area or affects its setting

2. Change of use and alterations to convert former bank to restaurant and fragrance store (retaining Class E) with separate entrances, installation of new kitchen canopy and ventilation ducting to roof with cowl at Halifax, 84, Commercial Street, Batley.  Application No. 2025/92141.

The following planning application has been received which is for Discharge of Conditions of a Listed Building Consent

3. Discharge of details reserved by condition 10 (waiting shelter) on previous permission 2022/91212 for Listed Building Consent for works including platform extensions and re-surfacing, extended canopies to both platforms and screening to rear wall of Platform 2, new waiting shelter on platform 2, strengthening of footbridge and full enclosure to Leeds-side elevation, alterations to disused subway, provision of overhead electric catenary throughout the station, new lighting and public address system (within a Conservation Area) at Dewsbury Railway Station, Wellington Road, Dewsbury.  Application No. 2025/92154.
