Any representations should be made in writing to this address within 15 working days of the publication of this notice. All representations will be recorded on a public file, be viewable on the council’s website, and will be referred to by the Secretary of State’s inspector in the event of an appeal.

DC/25/2677/FUL – Redevelopment of the site to provide 36 Retirement Living (Use Class C3) apartments with associated communal facilities, parking and landscaping at Land South Of Sole Bay Health Centre, Teal Close, Reydon.

Reason for advertising: Major Application.

DC/25/2949/FUL – Insertion of two velux roof lights to facilitate loft conversion at 48 Royal Avenue, Lowestoft.

Reason for advertising: Conservation Area.

DC/25/2920/VOC – Variation of Condition No.3 of DC/24/2166/FUL – Change of use from Class E Offices to Sui Generis to allow for a 8 bed HMO. No significant external changes will be made as part of the proposed works – The applicant wishes for the condition to be changed due to the specific tenant type being too restrictive on the potential use of the HMO. at 5 Battery Green Road, Lowestoft.

DC/25/2857/FUL – Construction of a timber building to accommodate 2 vehicles with a pitched roof at Whitehouse Farm Barn, Rackhams Corner, Blundeston, Lowestoft.

Reason for advertising: Affects Setting of Listed Building.

DC/25/0072/FUL – Replacement windows, removal of front door and replacement of inner door and surround - at South Beach B & B, 43 Kirkley Cliff Road, Lowestoft.

Reason for advertising: Conservation Area.

DC/25/2484/ARM – Approval of Reserved Matters of DC/20/1001/OUT – Outline Application (Some Matters Reserved) – Construction of up to 33 dwellings, open space, landscaping, visitor car park and site access from School Road – Application for Approval of all matters, other than access, which was agreed under the Outline Application. at Land To The North Of School Road, Ringsfield.

Reason for advertising: Public Right of Way Affected, Major Application.

DC/25/2439/LBC – Listed Building Consent – Replacement staircase at 6 London Road, Halesworth.

Reason for advertising: Conservation Area, Listed Building.

DC/25/2440/LBC – Listed Building Consent – Internal partitions to be installed on ground floor. First floor removal of cupboard to improve headroom over existing stairs. Front bay window on ground floor to be replaced with new double-glazed unit to match existing. Other windows to be upgraded to comply with means of escape where applicable. Repairs to render on front elevation. Window to be transferred to neighbour and blocked up. at 6 London Road, Halesworth.

Reason for advertising: Conservation Area, Listed Building.

DC/25/2483/FUL – Change of Use of part of existing outbuilding from office storage to residential to form games room/home office and associated works at 2 Quay Street, Halesworth.

Reason for advertising: Conservation Area.
