Pre-application consultation by the prospective applicant
Proposal: Demolition of existing building and redevelopment to provide purpose built student accommodation (Sui Generis); residential accommodation (Class 9 / Sui Generis); with associated landscaping, access, and infrastructure.
Site Location: Princes House, 51 West Campbell Street, Glasgow, G2 6QQ
The public consultation will commence on Tuesday 26th August with the first public exhibition event.
Two in-person public exhibition events will take place at 51 West Campbell Street, Glasgow, G2 6QQ on: Tuesday 26th August (3pm–7pm); and, Tuesday 7th October (3pm–7pm).
Those wishing to make comments on the proposals may do so at the above events and/or in writing to Savills, Planning, 5?? Floor, CADWorks, 41 West Campbell Street, G2 6SE.
This notice does not relate to a live planning application. Comments on the emerging proposals should be made to the project team and not to Glasgow City Council. Any comments made at this pre-application stage are not formal representations to the planning authority in respect of any future planning application.
As part of any future planning application submitted to Glasgow City Council (as planning authority), normal neighbour notification and publicity will be undertaken at that time, with opportunity to make formal representations on the proposals.
