Proposed development at Warner Bros. Studios Leavesden, Warner Drive, Leavesden, Hertfordshire, WD25 7LP.

Notice is given that Warner Bros. Studios Leavesden are applying to the Three Rivers District Council for planning permission for:

Variation of Conditions 11 (A41 Toucan to the Hempstead Road underpass) and 13 (M25 Junction 21a Improvements) of planning permission 23/1897/FUL

Application Reference: 23/1308/FUL

• The application is accompanied by an Environmental Statement

• The proposed development does not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated

• The application is for Major Development
