NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following application(s) have been made to the Flintshire County Council in respect of the above legislation.

FUL/000429/25 – Change of use and refurbishment of existing building and site curtilage to form car sales (Sui Generis) with associated cafe (A3), toilet facilities & car parking at Former Winfields Outfoors, Burgess Drive, Sealand.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following application(s) have been made to the Flintshire County Council in respect of the above legislation.

LBC/000619/25 – Structural timber renovation and repairs to the ground and first floors at Pen Y Cefn Farm, Rhydymwyn, Mold. This development affects the special character of a Listed Building.

FUL/000379/25 & FUL/000378/25 – Listed Building Consent & Planning Application to erect a two storey event space which involves removal of the existing property of Soughton Hall as well as an old stone kitchen with retaining proportions of the house. The proposal has been designed to a capacity of 150 users. The proposal features a formal garden to the rear of the home connecting to the garden to the west, detached toilet facilities and upgraded hardstanding to Sychdyn Road. The architectural design and appearance has been developed to reflect the existing architectural character and features of Soughton Hall.

This development affects the special character of a Listed Building.

FUL/000555/25 – Proposed change of use of ground floor shop into two shops and creation of residential dwelling to rear & first floor at 21-23 Chester Street, Flint. This development affects the setting of a Listed Building within a Conservation Area.
