What is planned?

Planning And Listed Building Applications
All Representation To Be Received No Later Than 5th September 2025.

The following applications have been submitted to the Council.

A copy of all applications, plans and other documents submitted may be viewed online through www.threerivers.gov.uk/online-applications/, and inspected on computer screens at the addresses below between 9:00am to 4:00pm.

Representations can be made through the website or by emailing: dconline@threerivers.gov.uk. Representations must include the application reference number, site address, and your name and postal address.

Under the provisions of the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985, any comments can only be taken into account if they are available for public inspection before the application is decided.

  • 25/1319/FUL – Replacement of windows with aluminium framed double-glazed windows at Woodleigh, Overstream, Rickmansworth. For: Mr Gotecha. Reasons: Conservation Area.

  • 25/1262/FUL – Demolition of existing single storey side extension including conservatory and garage; construction of single, part two storey side extension, single storey front extension, at Little Henso, Shire Lane, Chorleywood, Rickmansworth. For: Mr & Mrs T Hawkins. Reasons: Conservation Area.

  • 25/1311/FUL – Construction of single storey rear extension at 126 Greenfield Avenue, Carpenders Park, Watford. For: Mr Dhankara. Reasons: Footpath.
