The Old Rectory, Church Lane, Seckington - Application for Listed Building Consent for solid wall insulation on the inside of external facing walls, sub-floor insulation, window boxing insulation (sitting, dining and drawing rooms), sloped ceilings insulation, reinstatement of original doorway to robing room/study, lining of chimney in sitting room, retrospective: installation of 4x airbricks for additional sub-floor ventilation, retrospective: installation of 4x heat recovery fans (3x bathrooms and 1x kitchen) and 2x extractor fans to front and back cellars for additional ventilation and part-retrospective: re-pointing in lime mortar to all external walls.
Reason: Listed Building.
