What is planned?
DESIGNATION OF CHIDDINGSTONE PARISH AS A NEIGHBOURHOOD AREA
In accordance with Regulation 5A of the Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations 2012 (as amended) and Section 61G of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990, Sevenoaks District Council has designated the parish of Chiddingstone as a Neighbourhood Area.
This designation follows an application submitted by Chiddingstone Parish Council and enables the parish to begin preparing a Neighbourhood Development Plan. Documentation related to the designation is available to view on the Sevenoaks District Council website: www.sevenoaks.gov.uk/neighbourhoodplanning.
