WORKS AFFECTING A LISTED BUILDING

Mr Tim Gray – Lawson House, 3 Brough Park, Richmond, North Yorkshire, DL10 7PJ, (ref. no. ZD25/00439/LBC)

Listed building consent for installation of new boiler in cellar, requiring additional flue with outlet fitted into cellar window frame at front of property (below ground level)

Forcett Hall Estate Ltd – Stable Block To East Of Forcett Hall, Forcett Hall Road, Forcett, North Yorkshire, (ref. no. ZD25/00415/LBC)

Listed building consent for emergency roof repairs/reroofing at the grade II* at risk stable block to prevent further structural decline,. The proposed works include removal of existing tiles to allow for full roof inspection, replacement of A frame truss, re-roofing works

The applications and accompanying documents and plans may be inspected at North Yorkshire Council, Mercury House, Station Road, Richmond, DL10 4JX during normal office hours.

Anyone wishing to make representations to the Council on these applications should make them in writing to Planning Services, North Yorkshire Council, Mercury House, Station Road, Richmond, DL10 4JX by 4th September 2025. Please note that any representations received will be available for public inspection and will be published on our web site.
