Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015 NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 13 OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION
Proposed development at Co-op Store, Co-operative Terrace, Shotton, DH6 2LW
I give notice that Ingleby Barwick Land & Property Development is applying to Durham County Council for Planning permission to build an extension to the gable, change windows and erect a fence.
Any owner of the land who wishes to make representations about this application should write to the council at Durham County Council, Planning, PO BOX 274, STANLEY, DH8 1HG by 3rd September 2025 'Owner' means a person having a freehold interest or a leasehold interest the unexpired term which is not less than 7 years.
''Tenant'' means a tenant of an agricultural holding any part of which is comprised in the land.
